January 23 – 11th Annual Lake-Link Ice Jamboree: Ice fishing, prizes, food, parties and more. Go here for more details and to register.

February 13 – Mid-Winter Attitude Adjustment Weekend: Great deals and fun happenings over this long (and very romantic) weekend.  We just love those Presidents.

February 27 – 37th Annual American Birkebeiner Weekend: A tradition like no other. Details available here.March 6 – 14th Annual World's Longest Weenie Roast: It really is registered with the Guiness Book of Records. Events, food, prizes, music and more. Don't miss this classic Lakewoods Event (proceeds benefit local emergency services).  Sponsored by Klements Sausage, Pepsi Cola, & Budweiser Beer.

March 13 – Hot Air for Hearts Balloon Rally: An annual event with snowshoe races, vintage snowmobile events, live entertainment and food galore. (proceeds benefit Now-I-Can charities).

While everyone is enjoying this fantastic winter…

…there are those who are already thinking ahead to Spring.

While we don't condone missing any season, we certainly don't want you to miss out this winter because you forgot to take care of someone at home.  Make plans for a Spring Fling; Golf, fishing, hiking and Mother Nature all await your arrival. We work hard to have our own Forest Ridges among the first golf courses in the area. And a summer vacation here is almost a good as a winter get-away...to some people.
