Hi Everyone!  Heres a quick tip that will help you get out of that thick nasty rough around the greens.  This time of year the grass is on steroids, making it hard to get the golf ball on the green and close to the hole.  Here is a good one worth knowing so you can lower your scores.

     Take any short game club, and instead of laying the sole of the club flat on the ground, bring the heal of the club up, so that the club is resting on the toe portion of the sole.  Make a putting like swing and the club will cut through the rough like butter.   

     Good luck!  Practice it before taking it to the course.  Try any of your clubs from your sand wedge to your 7 iron.  It works!  See you on the links!
