Fish: Blackened ahi tuna with

cream sauce
Fish: Grilled talapia with mushroom
cream sauce

Wednesday:
Pasta: Shrimp and asparagus linguine tossed with mushrooms and diced bacon in a cream sauce
Fish: Broiled salmon with a mustard and molasses glaze

Thursday:
Pasta: Italian sausage fettuccine with onions and peppers in a marinara sauce
Fish: Blackened grilled snapper
with lime wedges

Pasta: Shrimp and linguine tossed with pepper flakes, tomato, spinach and pine nuts in a wine sauce
