Fish: Grilled snapper with mushroom cream sauce
Pasta: Arriabata ( linguini, Italian link sausage, bell peppers and onions tossed in a spicy marinara sauce)
Tuesday:
Fish: Seared blackened ahi tuna with avocado salsa
Pasta: Cajun chicken alfredo with broccoli
Wednesday:
Fish: Grilled trout with pesto cream sauce
Pasta: Shrimp and artichoke cheese trio tortellini topped with pine nuts in a pesto cream sauce
Thursday:
Fish: Grilled wall-eye fillet with chipotle cream sauce
Pasta: Thai chicken linguini with bell peppers, and onions in a peanut sauce topped with chopped peanuts, carrots and green onions
Friday:
Fish: Grilled salmon with lemon cream sauce
Pasta: Blue fettuccini alfredo with Itilian sausage and sauteed onions

The first round of voting will take place from March 1st through March 31st. From that voting, the top 5 Courses will then be entered in the finals, which will take place from April 1st to April 30th. On May 1st, we will close voting, and the top vote getter in each region will be considered our 2010 Players Choice Award Winner.
