Saturday and Sunday October 9th and 10th

ELIGIBILITY: Any male amateur age 50+ with a handicap index of 11.3 or under. There are 2 divisions-Ages 50-59, and 60+. Proof of age as of October 8th, 2010 is required. Fall Senior Championship Committee reserves the right to approve or reject any entry prior to or after the start of play.

SCHEDULE: Entire field will play 18 holes Saturday and Sunday with no cut. The lowest 36 hole total in either division will be declared champion.

CHAMPIONSHIP FIELD: The field is limited to the first 80 entries received with an entry fee of $110.00. Entries close October 2nd, or when the field is full.  Any entries received after the closing date are put on a waiting list, or returned. NO TEE ENTRIES OR SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED

REFUND POLICY: Withdrawals prior to closing date will receive a refund less a $10.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE.

PRACTICE ROUND: One practice round is allowed after entry is received. (Riding cart additional.) Contact Pro Shop at 708-672-7448 to set up starting time.

CARTS & CADDIES: Both are permitted. Riding cart $22.00 per person. Contestant must bring their own caddie.
